Delivery:
- Modern Shining Armour Pte. Ltd. is unable to amend orders nor combine orders which were separately made once they have been confirmed. Kindly ensure that the correct size, colour and address prior to making payment.
- All orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days upon verification of payment. Delivery is carried out during working hours, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and local public holidays(Singapore).
- Modern Shining Armour Pte. Ltd. will not be held liable for any lost parcels / damaged items mailed out should customer/ visitor opt for normal/ regular postage
Defective/ Faulty Item(s) received:
- All exchanges have to be done in person at our warehouse location within 10 working days from the day the parcel was delivered.
- We apologize for mailing you a defective/faulty item. Please take a snapshot of the defective area and forward the snapshot to us at [email protected]. We’ll arrange a meeting ASAP.
- An exchange will be done if the item(s) sent to you is defective/ faulty*. There is strictly no cash refund unless the exact same product is Out of Stock.
*Exchanges will only be done for an item(s) in its original condition.
- All exchanges/ returns will be processed and dealt with by the Defects Department.
- Modern Shining Armour Pte. Ltd. will not be liable should you purchase our merchandize from any third-party. We will not accede to any request for exchange.
Incorrect Item(s) received:

- We only accept Paypal or Bank Transfer (or Cash for self collection).

- Colors of products may differ due to color calibration of individual’s computer and it might appear darker in reality due to strong studio lighting used.
- Modern Shining Armour Pte. Ltd. will not be liable should you purchase our merchandize any third party. We will not accede to any request for exchanges.
Warranty :
- All products are given a default warranty of 1 month (unless otherwise stated)
- Warranty covers manufacturing defects and wear and tear under normal everyday usage only. Discretion will be left to Modern Shining Armour Pte. Ltd.
